You ever write a long giant thing, and it somehow mysteriously all gets entirely deleted? And then you know you'll have to write it again, but it won't be as good?

    !@#$

    Here we go again.

So! I dig it. But you have some cards at odds with eachother. So in no specific order, here we go!

Your mana curve is very low. This makes the land-ramp capability of Deathrite Shaman mostly obsolete. And where I play, no one plays reanimate (with the lone exception of Whip of Erebos, which is only temporary). Therefore his exile-creature control cabability is rather unnecessary. If you intended to gain life, there are much more efficient cards. And whacking 2 dmg is cool, but you only have 6 instant/sorceries in your deck to feed this. And even at that, it's not incredibly cost-effective.
Swiss army knives are cool, but you don't need this one in the mainboard, and I don't even think in the sideboard.

    Moving on.
With Mr. Land-muncher out of the way, Drown in Filth is even better! And did I mention it's good? It's AWESOME! Run 4! Deathtouch is nice, but your deck needs more removal, badly. It's so good, I wish Evolving Wilds was in standard, because with your lack of 1-drops it'd be a perfect addition. You might want to even consider Encroaching Wastes. I'm not sure if it's worth the colorless, but it's an option if you're interested.
And by the way, you know Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord is in standard, right? Run one!! Or two! It's mostly better than Nighthowler. And he's frickin' BFFs with Strength from the Fallen.

Speaking of Nighthowler, don't run 4. Yes, he's able to be a big guy, but are you going to want a hand with 3 of them? His very nature and double-black casting cost make him one of your more late-game plays. Run 2 or 3.

On Lotleth Troll, ignore his get-big-feed-graveyard ability for second (which is excellent). A 2/1 trample, with regenerate for 1 mana, for a CMC of 2 alone is GREAT! Run 3 or 4! In fact, this is the only guy that makes running 4 Pharikas viable, since you can be productive with your excess ones.

Rot Farm Skeleton - me like. 1 seems like the appropriate number. And he's good friends with Jarad. Let me know how he does in playtesting.
A similar card, but one that can block: Forsaken Drifters. I think I prefer Rot Farm Skeleton.

It's a darn shame that your favorite feeder for Strength from the Fallen, Pharika, also nerfs Strength from the Fallen. :(
On the bright side, she does a good job if you're playing her for the second time! +1 creature in graveyard AND a trigger! Yay!!!! Wait, 5 mana for a deathtoucher? Still iffy.
But she's the center of the deck. When your Stars Align, I see this going places.

I know you're already short on space. But here's some cards I'll mention to brainstorm on, just in case you didn't think of them or forgot about them.

Wasteland Viper. Very, very good in this deck.

      Putrefy. Obvious reasons.
      Golgari Decoy. Again, obvious reasons.
Deadbridge Goliath / Nemesis of Mortals. They're big.
Graverobber Spider. Also surprisingly big, with reach.
      Eidolon of Blossoms. CARDS!
Kruphix's Insight. I'd choose Commune with the Gods over this too in the current build, but if you want to retool this deck to semi-control. This guy + Eidolon of Blossoms and your Pharika are how to do it!
And last but not least: Cast into Darkness. I've played with this, and it is a downright good card. Doom blade alters people's perceptions. Good is good, and when it triggers constellation, it's even better.

      Have fun!

I decided to make that control deck I just talked about.
        The Eclipse.

What do you guys think? I think it looks relatively stable. It has 26 creatures in the deck to fuel Strength from the Fallen, and 22 enchantments to trigger it. Pharika will make blocking a difficult, and Nylea can steal the game.
