This idea is not my own, but the original creator had his version tuned to be a control deck. I rather liked the idea of making it an disruptive combo deck thats capable of knocking your teeth out.

  I love this!!
  Some changes I would make:
  24 or 25 lands (not 23) for sure.
  And I see why Drown In Sorrow is in here, but mainboarding it with 4 Brain Maggots doesn't seem like a good idea. One of them should go. My pick would be the drown in sorrow - just swap it for some targetted removal and pit it in the sideboard.
  
  I think I'm going to have to give this a shot.
