Hi, I tried adding some Unicode glyphs as a feedback, but apparently it cleared all the content - so the user cannot see my feedback (or anyone else for that matter)

The trade/feedback
https://deckbox.org/trades/378249?s=37245

The Unicode characters that I submitted: (EDIT: Apparently the forum also just removed that content)
http://emojipedia.org/snowman-without-snow/
http://emojipedia.org/wrapped-present/
http://emojipedia.org/christmas-tree/

Chat removes the content when the page is reloaded

@AuspSqueeky - thinking about adding this. needs a bit of work though to support two counts (inventory and for trade) and other small things. perhaps i'll enable it for premium users in a future release.

@madoli Appreciate the feedback! Will consider the 0 feedback idea too.

Perhaps the default could be 0, but let the users be able to overwrite their own default?

First off, thanks so much for building such an awesome tool/site for us to use.  Two days in I went premium because I want to support what you're doing.  Keep up the great work.

One thing I'm seeing a huge need for on my end is an easy way to propose trades.

It would be great if we could go to someone's profile where it shows what you have that they want, then what they have that you want..then just click a button and it all dumps into a proposed trade.  From there you can remove what you DON'T want to offer, and remove what you DON'T want from them.  I'm about to do a huge trade with some people for about ~200+ of my commons for 3-5 of their rares.  Entering all this in manually is kind of a nightmare.  Especially after I have spent the last week entering in ~4k cards lol. (8k more to go :\ )

Thanks again for the amazing site! Take care.

This would be very helpful!

Hi, Sebi - once again: the intro pack foil pormo cards are not yet available to select as an edition for those 5 cards. As those are spoiled by WOTC a good 2-3 weeks before the release, you should hopefully be able to have those done and ready by pre-release - yes? Because the LGSes have intro packs available to purchase at pre-release events, so those cards enter our collection by then. (Also I did want to add that in general you've done a great job with this set, having everything else done in advance, including all the pre-release promos, so thanks for all that!)

Added now: http://deckbox.org/editions/306-intro-p … ernate-art

They are always late because I usually cannot find any proper images or scans. All images are the ones of the box. So usually I delay importing them because if I use the normal images I think users might be confused because the art does not match sad

Would it be worth considering, adding the card list and later adding the images? (Just show the card backside as a placeholder)
This way people can add the cards as soon as the list is there, and they'll just have to wait for images?

Would it be possible to search by attributes besides Foil/Promo/Textless?  I'd like to be able to search by signed cards but I don't see a way to do so.

Looking for the same thing as well. Shouldn't be much work to implement, I guess?

Hello,
The Shopping Assistant

The second addition is a big one: a new tool called The Shopping Assistant where you can build a list of cards you are interested in buying, and it will search for the cheapest and smallest number of orders that you can place to buy those cards.

You can then review the suggestions, refine the card list, or reject some users that you do not wish to buy from, and then recalculate the suggested cart configuration until you are satisfied. Then with one click you can convert the suggested configuration into a shopping cart, where you can pay and place the orders.

This tool also makes it very easy to complete a deck: There is now a Buy button on a deck list that automatically adds all the cards you still need to the Shopping Assistant, taking you from a deck idea to orders placed in 3 clicks.

Give it a spin and tell us what you think. It's still in a beta stage where I will be looking a lot at user feedback to polish it into a tool that most of you find useful and helpful.

Awesome feature!

One request though, would it be possible to have the arrow indication if the cards are in an active trade? More than once I've purchased too many (usually low value) cards because I've already had them in a trade.

I second this, was actually going to suggest this.

It's hard to find the optimal trade, when you have to disregard Onslaught foil fetches - when you just look for a normal fetch smile

What about the Intro Pack foils? smile

It's a freely available location database that we have imported, provided by a database company. Not the best data, but I could not afford the best data smile. I will all problematic issues manually when reported though.

If needed, I can provide you with a better list, or correct the existing one

Hi

Where are the information pulled from, when selected a location when creating a community?
For instance, selecting Denmark as a country, you can select Denmark as a region as well.

Also, there is a lot of cities missing, and one is misspelled:
<option value="1503">Fredericksberg</option>
Should be "Frederiksberg"

Is this user submitted or?

Hi Foilander

You should be able to see people that have stuff from your wishlist on this page: https://deckbox.org/trading_opportunities

Hi Jackoqc

When you import the file in Excel, are you specifying that a comma is the delimiter and not tabs?

Data -> From Text -> * Delimited, X My data has headers -> X Comma

Oh, I feel foolish - thanks.

Hi

As of now, I can manually price my cards, or auto price them all. But I'm not interested in selling the cards that I'm not trading - so I request that one can auto-price all cards that are marked for trade instead of none/all.

Hi

When opening the Trading Opportunities page, it would be useful to show the amount of cards that sums up the Can Give/Receive value.
This will help users to prioritize larger trades vs smaller trades, and will likely help people who are concerned about trading up/down.

I spend a lot of time opening the trade and closing the trade checking if the amount of cards because shipping is very expensive for me, so I has to be worth it.

This could be an example of the suggestion:

The CSS for those elements:

color: #AAA;
font-weight: bold;

Welcome Rifter6.

If you go to your inventory, press Add Cards then select "From a CSV File", it should allow you to import from a CSV.

Hope that helps

I had the same issue with 0$ input.

I just made a 0.1$ handling fee and my customer could buy, fyi smile

Great job!

Really looking forward to that mobile app!

It will be a mobile-optimized web page. (At least as a first step, not ruling out apps for later in the future).

That'll be just as good...

Hi

When autotrade is on, items from collections are also added to the tradelist - could it be possible to mark a collection for "In progress" or similar, so items that are in that collection will not be automatically added?

And would it also be possible to hilight missing cards (like the red when you have relaxed matching)

In general I find this most useful when trading/purchasing - I don't know server-side how much effort a side-wide currency will be.
Of course, having the currency be normalized throughout the site would be the preferred option.

I guess the card in the inventory could have a 'strict' or 'relaxed' property, strict would not allow them to be counted for all decks, and relaxed would allow them to count for all decks ?

Hi

When trading it can often be somewhat tedious to check if 'the price is right' if the currency is USD.

Would it be possible to add support for localized currency, so one can set their preferred currency in my settings, and see prizes in my country's currency?

I know that this wont account for taxes and other fees, but it can make prizes easier to understand, especially with the dollar fluctuating this much.

I agree.

Furthermore, this will help one "find" missing cards - so instead of having to go through all decks to find if the card is used elsewhere, it will be shown that one uses 8 cards in total across all decks, and not just 4 because both decks has 4.

Another suggestion would be to always show the amount of cards used across all decks (total amount)

Very good suggestion!
