This is easily my favorite Magic deck of all time, even if it's not particularly powerful. The goal is to cast Mirror Gallery and then copy powerful legends such as Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker with Riku of Two Reflections. A flavor win in my book if there ever was one (shame Kiki-Jiki has a non-legendary clause). Reki and Heroes' Podium encourage the legendary plays, while Minamo, Time of Need, and Sakashima play nicely with other legends. There are a few sweet legend-based synergies to assemble, such as Niv-Mizzet/Arcanis, Glissa/Memnarch, Purphuros/Dragon Broodmother, Thassa/Edric, etc.

The obvious weird inclusion is Notorious Throng. Riku plays really well with extra turn effects, but casting Time Warp itself makes me feel bad. Thankfully there are a few Rogues to activate Prowl, and the card has often proven itself; no one ever sees it coming, and winning the game with a swarm of self-produced black fliers in a RUG deck is hilariously counterintuitive to EDH rules. Also Temporal Mastery...because Time Stretch for 4.

Current issues with the deck include a lack of artifact tutors (Hoarding Dragon, Personal Tutor/Merchant Scroll for Fabricate, and Reshape come to mind) and ways to protect Mirror Gallery when cast (uh...Spellskite?). However, the deck functions just fine without Mirror Gallery, and the powerful legends are a blast to play with.
