Another related info:
Turn one: Amulet of Vigor

Turn Two: Ravnica Karoo land, float the turn 1 land's mana, play Summer Bloom. Play a Karoo, tap it for mana in repsonse to it's trigger, return it to your hand. Repeat this two more times.

Leaving one mana floating, play Primeval Titan. Search for Boros Garrison and Slayer's Stronghold. Use Slayer's on Primeval, attack. search for two non-bounce lands.

Turn Three, you should be able to hardcast an Ulamog or Emrakul. This should pretty much secure the game.
