The main combo is Altar of the Brood + Heartless Summoning + 2x Myr Retriever.
A nut draw kill is possible on turn 2, T1 Altar, T2 Heartless, cycle Retriever to mill your opponents, pass turn win.
Alternate wins can be had with beat down from Ensoul Artifact and Creeping Tar Pit, replaying Perilous Myr with Havengul Lich and Heartless summoning or by playing lots of altars with permanents and Glimpse the Unthinkable out of the board.
Havengul Lich can also help you restart your combo or help to double duty burn/ mill if you can't find your second retriever.
Trinket Mage helps you find Altar and Darksteel Citadel (for land of for Ensoul).
Muddle the Mixture is an all star in this deck. It can protect your combo or transmute into almost any spell as the deck contains 24 2 drops and the side board is entirely 2 drops.
Remand and Grasp of Darkness help you not die with alternative removal in the side board.
