Multiple new cards in Dragonstorm that create tokens and double damage and give creatures deathtouch like:

Is this a re-do, or is Caesar still right for leading the deck?

Nerev and Zurgo both also provide card draw. Does Mobilize synergize with Caesar? Can you stack the triggers?
