This is a "scorched earth" style deck meant to create so much disarray in the game as to destroy any strategy an opponent tries to employ. While constructing this, I looked for cards that affected all players. I removed some of the land destruction simply to allow the game to reach conclusion. I added indestructible creatures and other protections against the effects, but about half the deck is a double-edged sword.
