Cards in the scratchpad represent cards that you are considering for this deck, but are not actually in the built deck. They do not count towards the in built decks count shown in your inventory. If you are using the Auto Trade feature, they will be still be marked for trade although cards in your main deck and sideboard will not.

Notes

NIV-MIZZET RECLAMATION

This deck looks to control the board and play a Wilderness Reclamation, after which it can deploy a flurry of instants to draw cards, counter spells, and kill creatures. It then gets to slam Niv-Mizzet, which works perfectly with Reclamation. Niv into untapping your lands results in a ton of cards drawn and a lot of damage dealt, after which this deck is in prime position to win the game.

Note that the deck doesn’t play Nexus of Fate, which makes it a lot more fun, and that it really takes advantage of both halves of Expansion // Explosion. Floating mana end of turn into a huge Explosion is awesome, and one of the most fun things you can do in Standard.
