Notes
 
This deck is going to take some explaining, so let's jump in.

The Combo:

1) Use the -2 ability on Ral, Storm Conduit,  which copies the next spell you play.
2) Cast Finale of Devastation for 4, which Ral copies.
3) Get Naru Meha, Master Wizard, who copies the Finale with X=4 that's still on the stack (since the Ral copy resolves first).
4) Keep getting Naru Meha with Finale - since you can get copies of Naru from the graveyard, you can repeat this process as many times as you want.
5) Ping the opponent to death with Ral's triggered ability.

If you start with a Naru Meha in play, you can also use Siren's Ruse instead of Finale and keep flickering the same Naru Meha over and over.

This deck also plays a toolbox of creatures to get with Finale, and some Lightning Strikes and Ral's Outbursts as defense. It's a pretty sweet deck, and every time there's a 2-card combo in Standard, it's worth paying attention to it.
