Cards in the scratchpad represent cards that you are considering for this deck, but are not
actually in the built deck. They do not count towards the in built decks count
shown in your inventory. If you are using the Auto Trade feature, they will be
still be marked for trade although cards in your main deck and sideboard will not.

Notes
Budget Food Chain
Goal: This deck is just like any other [[Food Chain]] combo deck. You use Food Chain and "cast from exile" creatures like [[Squee, the Immortal]], [[Misthollow Griffin]] and [[Eternal Scourge]] to generate infinite mana, then exile and recast Tazri with a payoff like [[Halimar Excavator]], [[Kalastria Healer]] and [[Hagra Diabolist]] to drain or mill out our opponents.
Comments: I got most of the key cards from this primer, and while it does say that it's hard to make a cEDH level budget deck, I think this is a decent crack at it.
Also, I found a lot of spicy cards during my search.
[[Library of Lat-Nam]] is either a tutor or card draw, both of which are pretty good.
[[Disciple of Deceit]] works really well with [[Holdout Settlement]] and [[Survivor's Encampment]] and can serve as early board presence as well as a "tutor".
[[Distant Memories]] always works in your favour in this deck. It basically tutors for "cast from exile" cards, because nobody wants you to draw 3 cards and still get value.
[[Selective Memory]] exiles bad draws from our deck, in addition to our "cast from exile" cards.
[[Noble Benefactor]] may be a symmetrical effect, but board presence + free tutor? Sign me up.
[[Autumn's Veil]] basically reads "your opponents can't do anything during this turn", since most counterspells and removal are blue or black. Great way to protect your combo.
[[Incubation // Incongruity]] is straight up amazing. Incubation digs for a creature while Incongruity removes a threat. The key part of Incongruity is that it exiles as well, and at instant speed. Really underrated removal.
