Notes
 
Millicent is a mashup between two precons - her own, and Ranar's from KHC. Ranar himself creates Spirit tokens, so if you can get him out he'll help things along, and there's both Foretell and Disturb cards in here to make things happen.
It might - *might* - actually be better to have Ranar as the commander, since the sub-themes might be easier to accomplish that way - and then Spirit Tribal just happens of its own accord.
It's under consideration.
