Horobi, Death's Wail turns every targeted action—equipments, tap abilities, and combat tricks—into instant creature removal, transforming the table into a system where interaction itself becomes dangerous. This mono-black control deck leverages artifact tap engines and Liquimetal interactions to repeatedly convert normal gameplay into forced destruction, then capitalizes on the resulting graveyards through Syr Konrad, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Grave Betrayal, and mass recursion effects. Rather than winning through combat, it wins by collapsing board states into resource conversion loops, draining life totals and stealing momentum until opponents can no longer safely target or maintain creatures at all.
