Basic Description-
Oops all spells is a glass cannon combo deck that can be argued to be the fastest in the format. Make four mana as soon as possible and then use it to cast either Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer. Either one will mill your entire library for you, which gives you 4 narcomoeba. Use these jellyfish to cast Dread Return from your graveyard targeting Angel of Glory's Rise. Once your Angel comes down, she will revive a number of creatures, the most important being Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Laboratory Maniac, who will be used in combination to win you the game.
