built the deck for a friend to try and for me to have I guess, not really my style though. It is missing key cards from being competitive though.

Land. For being budget, it's a decent start.
Needs.
Fetchlands (Arid Mesa and Scalding Tarn)
2 Celestial Colonnades
Sacred Foundries.

Spells.
Electrolyze - Not really liking it.
4 Think Twice might be a bit much
4 mana leaks might be as well
2 Supreme Verdicts - is it enough?
