Mass Removal -There are a few ways to look at these cards.
General - Good sweepers, puts creatures into opponents' yard however.
Planar Cleansing
Oblivion Stone
Austere Command
Wrath of God/ Damnation/ Day of Judgment
Exile/ Tuck - Exiles their creatures, can potentially exile yours as well though. Keeps things out of their yard.
Merciless Eviction
Terminus
Hallowed Burial
Instant speed
Rout
Fated Retribution
Graveyard Hate/Removal
While filling up your graveyard, you don't want your opponents to have too much stuff in theirs when you do a mass reanimation spell. Good news, there are a few options out there!
Leyline of the Void - Doesn't let their cards hit the grave, but it lets yours. Worth
Angel of Finality - Can be recurred and tutored for with ease.
Tormod's Crypt - One of the best.
Relic of Progenitus - It's also a thing, I only don't like it because while yes it hits all yards, it also hits yours. The other side however lets you slowly chip away at other players yards for free.
Scavenging Ooze - Supposedly good, I don't play with him
Deathrite Shaman - I also don't play with him but he does everything you need him to. Also, his lifeloss ability hits all opponents which is also something to consider.
Crypt Incursion - exiles their creatures and gains you life, not too bad.
Primal Command also seems really good for this deck. Either shuffle in your graveyard if you're getting low on cards, or make an opponent do it and gain them nothing in mass reanimation
Creature Tutors
Survival of the Fittest - easily the best tutor for the deck. Pitches irrelevant creatures and finds any utility creatures and puts them in the grave for Karador. Can be activated at instant speed and for little investment.
Fauna Shaman - Next best to Survival. Downside is that it is a 2/2 creature, but it will go under the radar for a bit at least. Other bad news is it doesn't have haste and can only be activated once per turn.
Birthing Pod - I do not like this card for EDH. Yes it kills your creatures for you, and puts others directly into play, but I feel like EDH is battlecruiser magic, where you play big spells and creatures and beat face. If you have one creature out and attack and are planning on poding it away and they kill it, you lost a few things. I want my creatures to do as much as they can for me in EDH, I don't want to help my opponents by killing my threats for them, only to scale up into another threat that cannot attack the turn it comes out. Also, I don't like how creature mana curves end up in EDH, I feel like you will run out of targets or can ONLY search for a bigger creature, not the one you need in that moment like other tutors will net you. I have not played with this card so take my opinions with a grain of salt here.
Tooth and Nail - Good utility, in GB can be used to tutor up Triskelion and Mikaeus the Unhallowed for an infinite damage combo (Though I personally would avoid doing this). The deck is a toolbox so I see no reason to run this card.
Defense of the Heart - I rarely get to use its ability, but in a deck like Karador, it's going to make your opponents play less creatures which will keep the field clear for you when you reanimate your entire yard so that seems good.
Combos and Utility
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord + Lord of Extinction = huge creature to fling
Spike Feeder + Archangel of Thune = infinite +1/+1 counters and life
Maw of Obzedat + a bunch of creatures on the field = lots of damage on creatures. I've seen it used with a Hasty Akroma.
Good Cards and Utility
Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter
Yosei, the morning Star
Kokusho, the Evening Star
Eternal Witness
Phyrexian Arena
Qasali Pridemage
Harmonic Sliver
Sun Titan
Avacyn, angel of hope
Mana Acceleration
Sol Ring
Darksteel Ingot
Coalition Relic
Solemn Simulacrum
Grave Search
Corpse Connoisseur
Buried Alive
Entomb
Jarad's Orders
Hermit Druid Combo
If you add the right pieces to the deck, you can combo off turn 3 and win. If you don't add them, shenanigans can still be had. The inclusion of Hermit Druid however limits a few cards that would normally be ran in the deck. To capitalize on his effect, you will run either 0-2 or 3 basic lands, in addition, things that only find basic lands become useless (IE Sakura-Tribe Elder and Rampant Growth) if you mill your entire library and follow it up with a mass graveyard return, you should be able to win with a few select cards.
Morality Shift
Another key card. Need creatures in the yard, and have a few cards in the yard so as not to mill yourself after casting it. If you're getting dangerously low on cards in library, switch again.
Hunting Ground - Just happened upon this card. Threshold seems easy, whether or not you will have enough creatures to play from hand is another issue with limited draw.
