Notes
 
This is some kind of basis for a shell. Viashino Pyromancer, Ghitu Journey Mage, and Wizard's Lightning. Get them dead ASAP. I like Vance's Blasting Cannons a lot, and I can see a world where it's cool here. I'm ready to embrace my aggro side. Here's my criteria for an aggro deck I'd run:

Gameplan is hyperaggresive. I don't sideboard into midrange. I sideboard against their sideboard. Curve stops at a few 4 drops, if any.
2 for 1's (I need value)
Selection/card advantage built in. I'm not going to play a have it or not aggro deck. I want scry, cantrips, and maindeck painful truths variants.
Reach.
Not an absolute neccessity, but would ad to my enjoyment 100% is some kind of interesting interaction that cause unique evaluation or lines of play. I think the wizard theme fuels that.

I stumbled on Isareth. There is some serious potential here, and I'm talking objectively powerful. It all started on seeing the synergy between Viashino Pyromancer and Ghitu Journeymage. Once I realized that they were both wizards, adding wizard's lightning came naturally, and then exploring the wizard's theme. After adding the blue options, it was clear that we are predominantly red, and even considered chainwhirler for it's etb effect. Then, remembering that unclaimed territory is legal, that with guilds mana would improve, and that there might be good wizards in other colors I did a search for wizard's in other colors in standard. Black has Isareth, which combo's well with low cost etb creatures, and is a wizard. Death baron is a wizard. Stitcher's supplier tie's the room together, as does reassembling skeleton. Seeker's squire, dusk legion-zealot, dismissive pyromancer are all worthy considerations. The fall might bring further graveyard enablers for golgari, and this deck is a scourge devil away from insane. It's clear that the M19 cards drive this and wizards was lackluster, which leads me to conclude that this was developed by super league, and will come to fruition and be further supported post rotation. It could be sick now, but I'm going to keep it under the radar if possible. If I can clear graveyard hate into November, this would be a sick spike at that tournament. Got to keep my eye on turbo fog.

The flame of keld. This is another card I saw immediately and felt power. A one sided wheel variant with upside on the back end. It needs the right enablers though. A few too many hoops to jul through...until now! Holy schnitkes the is sic. It enables the whole deck, I was already building toward a shell that was trying to mind twist itself! Between this, stitcher's supplier, and dismissive pyromancer, we got a real engine. The only decks currently that have adopted this is low to the ground mono red aggro, which is half the puzzle. They even have adopted viashino pyromancer, which is probably the best payoff. I got sooo much more payoff. If one of those top 4 cards is macabre waltz, I'm probably doing 8+. Warcry phoenix hits for 4. Wizard's Lightning axe. Even dismissive pyromancer gets a bump. Repeating barrage is build your own lava axe too. It' suh-weet.

There's a lot to cut down, but this a deck I can make a name with. GP milwaukee, here I come.

Cards I care about and sideboard:

Steel leaf champion- Cast down, dismissive pyro, Fight with fire, chupa
Settle the wreckage, Seal away, vraska's contempt, baffling end- Kitesail, duress
Lyra, Shalai, Zahid- Fight with fire (and settle too a bit), Chupa
Danitha- Same as steel + wizard's
Sentinel totem, Silent gravestone, Remorseful cleric, ashes of the abhorrent- Sorcerous spyglass, pace our threats, ench removal plan, duress effects
Turbo fog- Spyglass + duress effects
Deadeye tracker for G hate on other decks
Direfleet in side can be fun/ helps vs knights
Spyglass vs all walkers
Rec sage in side can cover some bases if can recur/cast reliably
Arguel's blood fast- sorcerous spyglass

Spoilers:
5 mana sorcery, return 1, 2, 3 drop to play. Might be good post sweeper if cleansing nova is popular, works really well with stitcher's supplier. Might not be neccessary with my already there recursion cards. Doubleburn is good, works well with flame of Keld, also sweet in a build which includes lavarunner. Unplayable if not reliably getting all three I think, 2 creatures ain't awesome, but may be better than macabre waltz.
Necrotic Wound
Direct Current- Combo with Flame of Keld. 3 is prohibitive, but better than barrage.
