Raff Capashen is actually pretty nuts. It's a flash flyer, always good especially with more planeswalkers around, a wizard, and gives all historic spells flash. But Historic isn't just legendary. There are historic creatures, sorceries, artifacts, enchantments, and planeswalkers. That's a lot of high impact cards to flash in. If you are a control deck, you can counter or wrath at instant speed, or deploy a card advantage card. Sickness. Search for Azcanta and Profane Procession are particularly good at instant speed. Never tap out to deploy them, search goes active right away, and profane from that turn on exile for 5 + upside!

Karn's Temporal Sundering. Haven't had a time walk effect in awhile. Is play with the Mirari conjecture and primal wellspring as broken as it seems?
