See the Ravinica Allegiance version for original deck concept. I was initially peeved that as I was turning the corner on the deck design the confluence of War of the Spark preview turned everyone on to the zombie deck. Right now the early uzz is around a red/black version. A lot of people are working on Judith decks, which have a lot of overlap withwhat we are doing, but I think has a less to offer than our version. We got a shit load of pickups from the new set including dreadmalkin, lazotep reaver, eternal taskmaster, dorrev, new lilianna, blast zone,  spark harvest, rhonas, and a few others. This solidifies some holes in our deck design and our splash into green. Rhonas should end the game on the spot when cast. If not, it's ridiculous easy to recurr and reuse. It might even be possible to cast twice in one turn. We can safely go a little bigger and longer while still having aggro starts. Dorrev is everything this deck wanted. Upgrades all along the curve. The next step is going to be hands on experimentation to develop an ideal build and still try to balance the self mill aspect. Some of the additions can lead to a T3 5/4 trample that recurs creatures and planewalkers, making said creature have +1/+1 deathtouch, a menace one drop that scales, and a trully functioning two drop. If I ever reolve liliana, dreahorde general, it's going to just be stupid good.

My early experimentation inidicated such strong starts that I almost bought in with no standard tournaments, just because the deck was so insanely strong. I just found out that the original PTQ system has been revitalized to the new MCQ system, and that there are three in the next month and a half that I can go into near me following GP Madison. It's time to saddle up.

I think this deck lines up well against mono white, mono blue, mono red, simic nexus, temur nexus. Esper midrange, esper control are tricky match ups, cry of the carnarium is a nightmare, hand disruption is a must. Going under is our primary role, but bigger than other aggro. Aggro midrange. Eter the god eternals is pretty bad against us. Blast zone is interesting against us.
