You lost me at Trait Doctoring. The card is honestly wouldn't be worth it if it were free. It can do clever things with Devotion, but the Sorcery speed activation kills this card stone dead.

  Devotion? I couldn't care less about devotion.
  Trait Doctoring is a spell that amply triggers heroic and can be ciphered, meaning it can repeatably trigger heroic AND be exiled be Nivmagus. An extra kick is it means I can mainboard Peak Eruptions, which go nicely with the Contaminated Grounds.
  
  Anyway, I bet this deck would run well, but I think version 4 is probably the best, as it super-shifts everything to more aggro and maximizes use of cipher with double-strike.
