This deck can do some really cute things, but looks poorly optimized. For example, Mana Bloom does provide color fixing, but is essentially an inefficient mana battery. I would play mana bloom in a deck that revolved around casting enchantments, but not this deck. Chromatic Lantern provides color fixing required to cast Rakdos, and all of your other goodies.  Furhermore, Rakdos has beyond disgusting synergies with Necropolis Regent. The one issue with the Regent is its steep casting cost. Whip of Erebos is also a clever twist with Rakdos, bypassing the casting requirement all together. Death's Presence is also hilliarious in this deck if you can make one guy indestructible. Supreme Verdict? Ok. Your funeral.
