Yeah, this looks rather weak. The 4 Aether vials implies a heavy reliance on it, But using Aether Vial to cheat 4 drops is really slow, and actually rendered obsolete with Birds of Paradise in the mainboard. Yes, I am aware to the intractions with werewolves and aether vial, but Werewolves and Rule of Law effects will get you there probably more reliably, in addition to slowing down your opponents (And occasionally wrecking the random Storm player.)

  TL,DNR: Exchange the 4 Aether Vials for 4 copies of Eidolon of Rhetoric, and increase the Bird count to 4.
