    Only one card change in this version. It That Betrays for Broodwarden.


    This one small change has big impact. I've thought for a fair bit that the deck was just a tad top heavy on Eldrazi with 8 of them. This reduces it to 7. I hadn't reduced it to less than 8 before though because, with the exception of It That Betrays, the remaining Eldrazi were non-negotiable necessities for the essence of the deck.

    It That Betrays served a very important role of providing another use for Skittering Invasion (which is almost required in order to cast Emrakul).

    Swapping It That Betrays for Broodmaster still provides good purpose for the Skittering Invasion card, along with Raid Bombardment. It lowers the overall curve of the deck. And it includes a nice GG casting cost in the middle, which was being dominated by red making land distribution minorly unpleasant.

    Also as a 4/4 body, he can trade with the naya Gargantuans (assuming they don't have first strike) and even kill the Ondu Giants.

    Since Hand of Emrakul was reduced earlier from 3-of to 2-of, this further makes Broodwarden a playable card due to less competition for spawn tokens.

    Bonus points for being the one green creature Progenitus will want to kill but can't with Death Rattle.
