Notes

Fill the field with your permission creatures and draw large amounts of cards with Sky Hussar. The game will slow to a crawl. Eventually, you can kill your opponent with your fliers, and possibly Skaab Ruinator. This deck is amazing against combo decks and some control decks, but finds it very difficult to win against creatures.

notes- ok, so building this deck costs almost nothing aside from disrupting shoal, which is a budget replacement for force of will.  Since it is already NOT FoW, there are other budget options to explore, like spell snare, foil (generally poor, but maybe the card draw of this deck would make it work).  I think the core of this deck would still work if you used foils instead of disrupting shoal.  You could always add disrupting shoal or FoW later, as you accumulate them, but why hold off on a fun casual deck?  At least give it a try with foil and see how it works in practice
