I'm sure this could stand some tweaking (a little extra money wouldn't hurt), but I think it works.  If you ever buy these cards, don't forget to buy a couple of cards listed in the sideboard - they are actually there for wishing.  Maybe just cut cunning wish and add a wished-for card if you need to trim a few dollars.
