Notes

Sphinx bone wand was put in for talrand.

Until you get rancors, try out some unblockable spells like artful dodge instead.

brainstorms were added for think twice, and primal rage was also thrown in.

Notes after one 3-player game:
need to deal with in-play threats.  StP is possible with cities of brass and isochron scepter.  Besat within may be a better choice.  Boomerang is also a good option - don't forget bounce + counter = removal.  Since I drew a highly improbable amount of land, maybe I should just play more games before I make any changes.  Although a boomerang would almost certainly be better than the sphinx-bone wand...  Still, sometimes you have to at least give a card a chance.

HERE'S an idea: maybe it would be useful to replace the counterspells with boomerangs when I will play multiplayer, since countermagic is somewhat less effective against multiple opponents.  Whereas the threat of boomerangs might make opponents want to attack each other...

Any place for an explorer's scope?  It would help make sure you don't topdeck land.
