caves of koilos and underground river could give you a chance of using starlit sanctum's second ability.  Try out cloudcrest lake as well.

shadow rift, veil of secrecy, distortion strike, and artful dodge all have pros and cons.  Need to playtest to see what mix you want.

Pariah or pariah's shield could be fun.

Based on a squandered resources build. That one is probably better without costing much extra, but this is casual.

Really not sure if those condemns make sense here. Better choices surely exist, but what?  Card draw, maybe?
