Consider:
* Lumbering Battlement - A strong threat that protects my other value creatures while still allowing me to use them, at basically no risk
Forbidding Spirit - Basically a Ghostly Prison in this deck
Path to Exile
* Conjurer's Closet – End step blink a creature for value, e.g. something stolen with Sower
Cloudshift, Essence Flux – Protection against removal, and general utility
* Diluvian Primordial – Should be able to cast at least one, if not 2-3 spells per turn
* Oblivion Ring - Cheap, versatile removal that can be retargeted
* Riverwise Augur - Consider if putting more tutoring creatuers in
* Flickerwisp – Generate even more value, kill tokens or just temporarily remove a blocker or something
Swan Song, Arcane Denial - Cheap counters
Brainstorm - Great with manifest cards or tutors
Fellwar Stone - Ramp that helps me get to an early Brago
Commander's Sphere - Ramp that can cycle when no longer needed
Trial of Knowledge - Draw 3 pretty good
Man-o'-war, Exclusion Mage - Cheap bounce
Curator's Ward - Does this work?
Academy Ruins - Get back combo pieces or just good artifacts
Angel of Sanctions - Oblivion Ring on a stick that can be reused once if dead
Static Orb - Stax
Hokori, Dust Drinker - More stax
Flickerform - Protect enchantments like Traveler's Cloak
Explorer's Scope - Ramp, and lets me look at the top of my library to see whether I want to flicker a Cloudform/Lightform etc
Control Magic – Blink this to steal Commanders
Sower of Temptation – Steal the best dude every turn
Vedalken Orrery – Play things instant speed
Ghostway – Save my dudes from boardwipes
Stroke of Genius – Another finisher alongside BSZ, or just a way to draw some cards
Mindshrieker – A finisher when I have infinite mana, an evasive (albeit small) beater otherwise
Sphinx's Revelation – Draw cards, gain life - what's not to love?
Tezzeret the Seeker – Find ramp, combo pieces and good times.
Phyrexian Metamorph/Body Double
Knight-Captain of Eos - No other sources of soldiers, but if I can blink this every turn, I'm immune to combat damage from two opponents
Phyrexian Ingester/Duplicant - Creature removal
Open the Vaults - Get back my stuff after an enchantment/artifact wipe or too much mill
Cauldron of Souls - Can protect against a boardwipe every turn
Rattlechains - Instant speed Brago
Wing Splicer, Blade Splicer - Preferably together, but probably too low impact

Considered cuts:
* Blue Sun's Zenith - Only really good as a finisher with infinite mana
Angel of Finality - Is this worth it when it only does graveyard hate? It's pretty fragile, so might not get to use it more than once against those it really matters against
* Stalking Leonin - Good rattlesnake, but only gets one creature, and might work against its purpose. Need to try it
Luminate Primordial - Quite expensive, but it's a lot of removal in one card
Thran Dynamo - Colorless-only ramp at turn 4
Steel of the Godhead - Opens up 2-for-1s, and doesn't have any blink synergy, but does make Brago unblockable, and makes him a faster clock that gives me survivability
Traveler's Cloak, Unquestioned Authority - Card draw, but opens up 2-for-1s, and makes me unable to blink Brago
Myr Battlesphere - Expensive
Render Silent - Counterspells?
Reveillark - Good value piece, but it's restrictive. Do I need it without sac outlets?
Gilded Lotus - 5 mana is a lot
Supreme Verdict - Might have enough spot removal to not need it here
Sea Gate Oracle, Wall of Omens – Nice, incremental card advantage, but relatively low impact and die easily
Karmic Guide - Gets back any creature, and is especially good when it gets Reveillark, but requires an upkeep cost every turn
Nevermaker - This gets really annoying and staxy pretty quickly
Spine of Ish Sah - Expensive
Detention Sphere - Can be retargeted, and is great against tokens, but can also be destroyed
Archaeomancer - Depends how many instants and sorceries I have
Solemn Simulacrum - Might be needed more in Teysa
Counterspell - Counters?
Cyclonic Rift - Might have enough other removal, and this is needed in other decks (e.g. Rashmi)
Swords to Plowshares - Too generic?
Sun Titan

Arcane Lighthouse - Colorless land, and how often do I need the effect? Useful sometimes, and enters untapped, and gives C for Displacer

Cuts:
Jace's Mindseeker – Would rather play him in Lazav. Doesn't necessarily do that much against all decks with Brago
Monk Realist - Too narrow?
War Priest of Thune - Too narrow?
Trinket Mage - Not enough 1-drops to bother? Does fetch Sol Ring, Key and artifact lands
Kor Cartographer - Probably have enough draw that I don't need to search for plains
Arcane Denial - Replaced with Render Silent. More expensive and doesn't replace itself, but stronger effect.
Return to Dust - Already have a lot of enchantment/artifact removal, but instant speed might be useful
Austere Command - Don't have enough of these, so removed for now. Replaced with Supreme Verdict
Planar Cleansing - I have so much other removal. Replaced with Supreme Verdict
Recurring Insight - Replaced with BSZ, which is instant speed and can work as a finisher (e.g. with infinite mana)
Wayfarer's Bauble - Don't feel it's worth it without Trinket Mage
Banishing Light & Oblivion Ring - I already have Detention Sphere, and added Grasp of Fate
Ancient Den - Don't actually have this, and don't have Trinket Mage to fetch it anymore
Relic of Progenitus - Can clear graveyards at instant speed, but clears my own as well, and is technically one-shot. The incremental hate only targets one player, which might just be too slow. Cut together with Trinket Mage
Capsize – It's nice to Capsizelock my opponents, but at this cost it's usually too expensive. Could be nice to remove crucial combo pieces at instant speed, however
Aura of Silence – The tax is nice but probably not very effective. Can destroy crucial enchantments at instant speed, but without a lot of recursion is not very tempting
Auramancer / Monk Idealist – It's nice to fetch back my auras, but I think I'd rather have something else
Archaeomancer - Not a lot of instants/sorceries in the deck
Sphinx of Uthuun - Potentially big card draw, but expensive and time consuming
Temple of the False God - With fewer lands, it's important that all lands can actually be used
Mirrorpool - Not enough spells that can be copied
Seat of the Synod - No longer have anything that cares about artifacts
Zoetic Cavern - Doesn't really do much...
Grasp of Fate - Perhaps better used in Zedruu
Thought Vessel - Zedruu has more use for this
Celestial Colonnade, Hallowed Fountain, Glacial Fortress, Mystic Gate - Modern
Azorius Guildmage - How often is this even relevant?
Faith's Reward - Only really matters against board wipes, in which case a counterspell would have been better anyway
Voltaic Key - Does this do enough that Brago hasn't already covered?
Spreading Seas - Having access to land hate is nice, and this can be blinked for card draw, but it doesn't seem very impactful
Heliod's Pilgrim - Can get Reality Acid for removal, Steel of the Godhead for lifegain or one of the card draw auras, but it still feels low impact, especially after the first time
Mastery of the Unseen - Costs a lot of mana, and doesn't trigger from blinking manifests
Faith's Fetters - Expensive for a Pacifism, and 4 life might be too minor. Probably better used in Zedruu
Sea Gate Wreckage - Will I ever have a completely empty hand? ETBT, colorless land is not ideal
Hedron Archive - Kind of expensive for a +2 mana rock
Mistmeadow Witch - Expensive to use
Parallax Tide - Does this actually give enough benefit? Probably better as a stax-effect than for my own gain
Pentarch Ward - Card draw, but opens up 2-for-1s, and can't always guarantee a safe attack, and might prevent blinking
Clever Impersonator - Do I really need to clone stuff in this deck too?
Venser - Very good, but possibly more needed for other less flexible decks
