* Migratory Route - Basic landcycling is good, but I never really want to cast this
Decree of Justice - Is this too expensive to use for the effect?
Dirge of Dread - Can be used to push through a large Horror or Champion, but otherwise doesn't do much
Chasm Skulker - Not really cycling related
Oblivion Ring - Not related to cycling, but removal fetchable by Zur is nice
* Aura of Silence/Arcane Laboratory - Not related to cycling, but can be fetched by Zur and slows the game down for me to do my plan

Scion of Darkness - Seems unlikely that I will be able to get to 8 mana?

Aura Extraction - Probably too narrow. Can save Drake Haven etc from removal, or possibly shuffle something annoying in response to a fetch, but seems unlikely
Rogue's Passage - Sneak through a huge Stoic Champion or something... But I need colors, and activating this is expensive
Steel of the Godhead - Low synergy
Unburden - Mind Rot is probably not efficient enough
Library of Leng - Doesn't work because with cycling, discarding is a cost not an effect
Decree of Pain – I'll never have enough mana to cast this, and even cycling it is expensive
Manalith - Replaced with cheaper ramp
Jace's Archivist - Reusable wheel is nice, but he's very fragile and slow without boots
Spell Snip - Expensive Force Spike
Dig Through Time - I don't really want to exile stuff from my graveyard
Ruthless Sniper - The effect is probably too minor to pay 1 mana for each instance of
Shadowstorm Vizier - +1/+1 is probably too little to make this able to kill someone
Whispering Madness - Cipher is nice, but I don't have a lot of targets to cipher on
