FURIOUS FORCES

There is  no clan more savage than the Atarka. They overwhelm their enemies with sheer size and strength, and they clinch their battles with unparalleled will.

With the "Furious Forces" deck, bigger is truly better. A creature with the formidable ability offers benefits if your creatures have combined power of 8 or more. This deck is chock-full of high-power creatures, so formidable will usually be "turned on". Charge into combat with confidence, knowing you have the power to dominate.

Among high-powered creatures. what could be better than a Dragon? Dragons help you reach 8 power, and other cards in this deck, like Draconic Roar, reward you for having lots of Dragons. With all the huge creatures in this deck, your spells that grant trample can really pack a punch. Use them at the right time, and they'll let you deal significant damage to your opponents even when there are small blockers in your way.

If you're looking for even more power, the Dragons of Tarkir set has plenty of large creatures for you to choose from. Surrak, the Hunt Caller provides 5 power for four mana and allows your creatures to attack with haste. Thunderbreak Regent is an impressive Dragon that will make your opponents think twice before targeting your dragons with removal spells. And then there's the most savage Dragon of all, Dragonlord Atarka. This legendary creature deals damage to opposing creatures and planeswalkers, helping to clear a path for our behemoths.
