Step 1 was to get all the cycling cards and cycling matters cards in the same pool, add potential smoothers and combo enablers, and trim anything that cycled for more than two without either being a good card or having an effect when you cycled it.

Step 2 is to pullout all the best cycling cars on face and move everything else to the sideboard.
