The core 11 are full of fogs and sudden reversals, the idea is to be a cheeky bastard, true Nicol Bolas style. How we do we win? Completely unintuitive nonsense. Or swinging at you with a dragon. Whatever floats your boat. Given my desire to play these situational "gotcha" cards, storm, rebound, and global copy effects are not desireable. I want effects of that nature that selectively turn on or off if at all. A few are general enough to be great with this, and the core certainly is, so there is tension, especially when there are such sweet one's like pyromancer's acesnion. The problem is double countering things, and things that generally cancel themselves out.
