This is a deck building challenge not to make work, but to make interesting. It's like artifact based slivers if we let it be. It has no identity outside of artifact elves, and the next most common effect is one time use that screams re-uae me and sac me. The deck can use like every artifact so it's extremely hard to see what is a good line versus what is tried and true artifact degeneracy, which is boring as hell. Affinity for edh is an intriguing thought but simple. I kind of like affinity for edh plus random alt win cons. Can't water down to just durdle engines, equally boring. It's not about what is optimal, but serviceable. I like the idea of WALLE sleeves and a wasted earth flavor.

So we got much more of a feel for what the deck is. The core Myr are a out 26, a solid quarter of the deck. We want all the artifact lands and myr special artifacts. Our engine that completes the myr are altar/trawler recursion loops, as that's the perfect fit for the one time use myr cards. Will incidentally lead to infinite loops, which is mirrodin rich, and we need not include anything in specific for more combos outside of what completes trawler, like spine of ish sah and codex shredder. The one aside from this is intruder alarm, which also flavorful and combos wonderfully with the deck. We also opted  for the trinket engine, as it supplements trawler and flavorfully captures the wallet obsessions, and allows a soft flavorful tool box in artifact. A few splash effects for "doomsday devices" in the flavorful alt win cons. After this we have 25 slots to round out the deck and fun/flavorful inclusions. We need to complete our manabase by 7 cards I believe, and we also need artifact haste which is probably akroma's memorial. And then we need to fill our deck with trinkets. I defaulted to eggs, but we are much more incentivized for unique effects that etb effect and cycle, which is more fun.  There won't be much room for the powerful artifact haymakers begging to be in the deck, and that's how I like it!

May combo packages are categories of things that you mox and match to assemble an infinite loop. Seems flavorful to mirrodin and walle, as its about recursion for the most part. Combo 1 is pure myr in two mana dorks, a myr galvanizer, and a clone to make infinite mana. The deck has enough outlets and pieces that with planning infinite mana should be infinite everything but life. Combo the second starts with scrap trawler, teshar, or salvaging station. then kci, ashnod, or phyrexian altar. Then frogmite myr, myr enforcer, or spine of ish sah. Then myr retriever, junk diver, or dross skullbomb. Then mox opal, lotus petal, or sometimes a untapped artifact land. Many loops are possible, but these pieces generally can lead to infinite recursion, and if you have a piece or two finding some of the other categories makes it easy.any of the card sin the deck create short loops as well but we will learn those over time, and stumbling on them will be fun, the deck concept os modular. When we activate myr incubator, we assess what material we have already, leave the modules we are missing and a splash of redundancy, as well as codex shredder and conjurers bauble to provide deck control, door to nothingness, and any specific artifacts we want. The rest of the deck will be can tripping lands that tutor for basics, tutors, alt win cons, changelings, one sided board wipes, and teshar. Around 30-40 cards, and a well functioning deck designed to help us get to our final pieces of win while still be functional. Think of a detached saucer design. It's not to say other pieces aren't useful, but we can trade off most of it for a fat stack of 40+ myr. Card advantage is the most limited piece, and skullclamp is far above the best card in the deck. Mystic forge is a decent back up but nowhere near the same power level. Conjurer's bauble with salvaging station is a suitable skullclamp alternative.
