Notes

I have designed three and played two prior decks using evolve as a core mechanic. With the addition of Kiora, Master of the Depths, I wanted to come back to it again. I may have made this too cheap by cutting down to two copies of Inexorable Tide, when I could have taken three, but perhaps it is enough. Many of the usual suspects are here, but I also dropped a few of the more common cards in favor of a more direct approach. Most of the 30 creatures have evolve, and those that don't serve very specific purposes. I could have done more with proliferate than I did, but the costs were higher than I cared to include. The 11/17/5/3/3/1 curve gives a manageable 2.33 average.
