It was time to revisit rats, and this was an attempt to bring in cheaper ones along with a couple of Ratcatchers. The result is a potential swarm, but it can also end up stalling easily. The 8/15/12/1/2/2 curve makes life reasonably manageable, despite the 2.50 average cost.
