Notes

I have once more stepped into the world of odd single-effect choices, but I don't think I got more than one foot into it. I have three copies of Banishing Knack (I own 4), one of Retraction Helix (same card, different name), and one of Cyclonic Rift. What allows this to work is the ability to untap. A lot. Because I am returning a lot of creatures to my opponent's hand, Black Vise seemed a decent choice. I had originally worked with the idea of land management, but that made what is still a somewhat unfocused deck a complete jumble I couldn't even pare down. It might be possible to do that with just blue, but I would have a few other changes to make in order to adapt. Since I am using green enchantments for some of the untapping power, as well as blue and UG creatures, pokers were a natural choice, but I spread them out among three titles. The 17/10/13 curve is compact and, in averaging 1.90, quite cheap.
