Notes

I decided to revisit rats, eschewing the customary X cards in favor of functionality. The use of both Ogre Slumlord and Ratcatcher makes this a little different. Amazingly, it shares no more than 17 spells with any deck, and below  that 10 and down. The Bladed Pinions are best for stolen creatures or for Diseased Vermin. The idea here is to be cheap, fast, and prolific, defending with what I can, but more forcing an opponent to defend IF they can. The 13/13/8/1/5/3/2 curve is long and low, averaging only 2.35.
