Notes

Since Dave can’t seem to give up on the vampires, I thought I might go there again myself, this time employing a pair of Sorin Markovs on my side, with mana acceleration from Soldevi Adnates and duplicate power from Phyrexian Metamorphs. Despite having moderate- and high-cost cards included, the deck retains a 2.15 average cost on its 13/17/5/3/0/2 curve. Basically, the plan is to build up and move toward Sorin Markov while fending off creatures with the help of Gatekeepers and Feasts. The Metamorphs are best used on Captivating Vampire or on Vampire Nocturnus, if I can get to either. With 75% of non-land at or below the 3-spot, though, speed will be key.
