Notes

Looking over newer cards, I decided I wanted to play with the Staff of the Death/Sun Magus cards. While I have 3 and 2 as quantities, I felt it better that I balance them to suit the deck. Because I was working with black and white spells, as well as swamps and plains, I wanted as many spells as possible (within reason) to have both colors, limiting the number of non-swamp, non-plains lands. Four spells (two white, two black) and four artifacts are not able to trigger both artifact types, and half of those are the artifacts themselves. Additionally, two land (Karakas and one dual) are not either swamps or plains. The 16/7/11/6 curve averages a quite acceptable 2.18, though the dip at the 2-spot is an annoyance and could cause issues if land doesn't flow well early.
