Notes

I had initially set out to make a merfolk deck at speed to see how it would shape up compared to predecessors. Instead, I found I wanted to be playing with Merfolk Seastalkers, and by extension Air Servants, Tideforce Elementals, and Vedalken Anatomists. All of them can tap creatures, and some can do it over and over, as long as I have mana available. Psychic Venom, Trait Doctoring, and Trepanation Blade each provide touches of trouble for land across the table. The 18/8/7/3/2 curve is bottom heavy but still averages out to 2.03. I am going with 22 land here so that I can power the abilities more consistently. With all of the tapping, I had to go with this name.
