Notes
 
Reworking to version 2 was accidental. I started from scratch and ended up almost identical. This one is amazingly balanced, having 15 in each hybrid type and 10 in pure blue, with the hybrids coming out 1.67 and 1.73; the blue is 1.70, having that as the average for the entire deck. Curve is now 15/22/3, but the low curve is aided by a trio of Cryptologists.
