Third Place (5-3)

"The Legends deck only has a few ways to win, and most of these revolve around Mirror Universe.  Protect the Mirror with counterspells (don't cast it until you plan to use it), mana burn yourself down to a couple of life, switch with the Mirror and then finish your opponent off, usually with a Sword of the Ages.

Of course, it is also possible to just beat the heck out of your opponent with Dakkon Blackblade, but he's primarily there to be sacrificed to the Sword.

Set MVP: No contest here.  Moat was the pivotal card in the deck.  The Mana Drains were great at the right time, and the Mirror Universe was often necessary to finish off the opponent, but no card secured the lock more than Moat."
