Notes

I did some real testing on this when electrodominance was spoiled. It was a hybrid living end deck using goblin dark-dweller. The second version was straight wheel with fast mana and free variance reduction. It was missing a second reliable way to wheel, and we just got "Finale of Promise". It's so here, just needs to be assembled correctly. What will happen is T1 blood moon, caress, or waste not, followed by a turn 2 wheel very consistently, which should be enough to do it again and kill the opponent or find the missing pieces.

Ari lax has a list from neoform on 07/22/19 that may serve as a good model.
