Wow, did I get a brain stroke! This electrodominance deck can be built in such a way where turn 1 Electrodominance or As foretold happens with regularity, Turn 2 guaranteed, always T1 action. In combo with spirit guide, Chancellor of the tangle, Mox's, and insane card draw should basically be able to cheat out a T0 threat that just immediately wins the game. This should happen. I then run as many tournaments with the deck before it blows up. Other people not going to see it, requires exstensive turn 0 previous experimentation. Will play out as legacy level storm wthout force of will, daze, or unmask. A couple directions, all of which can be amalgamated:

Living end that doen't need cycling creatures, just the most insane, and get's to play any spells along the curve. Chancellor of the Annex is completely insane in this deck! Erayo can be turn zero enabled. Locks them out of any interaction, then locks them out of playing cards. Restore balance and forbidden orchard continue to cheat out a comeback.

Griselbrand and goryo's vengeance. Redundant wheel effects, all of which mean you win.

More of a weenie prison, capitilizing on legendary one drops and restore balance.

Crazy lines:

1 fast mana+ Land+ Free spell+ Ritual+ Dominance/foretold/breach/vengeance+ Wheel/Balance/Living End= Griselbrand/Chancellor/Erayo/Kiki/Emrakul/grapeshot Win

I thnk the key a fast mana, a land, and a ritual guarantee a T1 2-3 mana, and there are a range of cards in 2-3 that we can build our deck around that should end the game of cast on the 1st turn pre-emptively either by lock out or bridging to a much bigger play. Wheels make it so we cycle our deck and effectively get to play a bunch of sub cards which become full cards if deployed in the early turns.
