This is a rough first pass. We are at about 160 with the current hardware (double our budget). Need to pair down a bunch. What's in the deck now are essentials, engine pieces for a food chain style voltron deck, and the most expensive enablers as the first stroke should incorporate these cards, it will be easier to then add the rest of the deck without worrying about the budget too much. Need to pair down to 50$!

Now were at 60ish + or - the Razaketh to get us to 50. Hard cuts were Rankle, Sidisi, Dictate of Erebos, Chord of Calling, and Darksteel Colossus. All the good enabler cards are also currently omissed (BoP, Baleful Strix, Sylvan Caryatid, Nissa, Kozilek, Gilded Goose, and greaves). Nest step is to build the ladder with cheap creatures, then optimize with remaining funds and free options. Ladder should be Mostly in 1,2, and 3 with chaining options into 4,5,6,7+. This way there are a few bodies to seppoku when Rayami comes down. I figure at least 20 cards at 1,2,3 so that 2 out of 7 of most hands can be deployed before Rayayami, the rest being variable.

102 with the full package. Needs to be paired down and all the creatures added, but this version has a backup of primal surge to flip the whole deck into play with the redundancies to get them! Now it's 76, but I either have to lose a major piece or a good number of smaller ones to cut further.
