Haven't done the planeswalker search yet, but there is a cool 5 color hybrid planeswalker/Dragon deck possible with Oath of Nissa and Sarkhan.

Just pulled a bunch of walkers. The most straight forward approach would be to treat the walkers as mana rocks with upside. Like, they can't ignore my mana rock, but I'm going to ramp into dargons either way. I like kiora particularly as the next best from Sarkhan. She still ramps, she turns our dragons into cantrips, can be found off Niv, and basically is just better than Dragon's hord. There are also a few walkers that are decent alternative search engines, which might be enticing. Particularly a version with Garruk is enticing with Atarka and Darigaaz.

The oaths are a really cool sub package that pulls the room together. Oath of Teferi can be hit off Niv, resets etb's including other oath's, and super charges my planeswalker "mana rocks". Oath of Kaya acts as soft removal, lifegain, and a punisher for attacking my "rocks", which is reinforced with Sarkhan the masterless. Oath of Nissa obviously is what makes this deck possible.

The curve on this deck is going to be high, so I can include some number of value tap lands (Trilands most likely).

I'm pretty sure Jace, Nicol Bolas, and Oath of teferi go infinite, and Sarkhan makes then dragons.

The two best versions seem to be an aggresively slanted gruul deck featuring thunderbreak regent, and a more over the top version that resolves Niv.  There is also an option for an artifact version. The aggro best opener is T3 Fireblood, T4 Thunderbreak regent + draconic roar. The over the top version Is T3 fireblood, T4 niv.
