Notes

I've been pulled to working on this list too, thanks for throwing together an initial list! A lot of the main payoffs are here for this shell, it's figuring out if there are enough enablers and payoff's to make something like this feasible.

A few things off the bat though, we won't be as explosive as the modern version without burning inquiry, so we need some interaction. This also why embercleave is probably just out of reach, as I don't expect us to be able to consistently put out 3 creatures in a controlled timeframe. Haggle is not worth a card, a 1 mana cycler is strictly better. If we are an arclight pheonix deck, we are a 4 arclight pheonix deck. If the enablers for triple spelling in a single turn aren't there, then we should put this on the shelf for later (I think they might be though). We need graveyard advantage. Yes, we open ourselves to hate, but we got to make them have it, so discarding is profitable outside of hollow ones.
Want to see where this leaves us? Check out my rework!
