So figuring out a Metalwork Colossus/ The Great Henge Deck seems really interesting. The go to pairings for these cards in my mind are Karn, The Great Creator and some number of Ghalta's. If this were modern we would have borderposts and affinity, but Modern is also a harsher landscape and we would likely be a worse jund.

I did find a near infinite combo: Colossus, Henge, Witch's oven, Paradox Engine. Play colossus, draw a card, tap for 2 mana and gain two life, use a mana for with's oven sacrificing colossus, get two food tokens, sac the tokens to get back the colossus, Play colossus to draw a card +untap Henge +untap oven, repeat. You draw out your whole deck, gain twice that many life, add that much G+1 mana to your mana pool. This might be a cute 4 card combo, but if the revolves around colossus, henge, Oven, and Karn, throwing a single paradox engine in the side should be fine as a great combo option. A value shell could be built around this adding scrap trawler, gate to the afterlife, and god-pharaoh's gift and maybe the black splash for cauldron of eternity and whip of erebos.

Clear synergies with vehicles is a good place as well, and as some number of Ghalta go with Metalwork colossus, some number of heart of Kirian go with Karn. Karn and Peacewalker colossus can both "turn on vehicles", they are easily crewed by fresh colossus, multiple crewings could cheat a henge into play, and allow a pseudo "combo" with dreadnought to have another surprise big body.

Perilous Vault, Thran Temporal Gateway, and Ugin's Nexus are all interesting options for the deck. The vault ramps colossus, acts as control, and we can activate in response to casting colossus, leaving a resolved colossus on a freshly exiled field. The gateway is alternative way of cheating in most cards in our deck at instant speed. Nexus is super interesting with Karn, as he can fetch the exilded copies to loop extra turns, we have a use for having expensive noncreature artifacts, and karn also making a 6/6 that gives us a time walk when it dies is also excellent.

The deck could be built in a way where it is paid off for going wide tribal with anthem effects. Either construct or Knight allows for amassing power over more bodies, and cheap artifacts with high CMC'c to match.

The last big exciting build around is Aetherworks Marvel, which is still a powerhouse, and kind of does everything The Great Henge and Metalwork Colossus want.

We have a serious hangup on 4 mana. How four drops can we run? 7-8 is probably the top.
