Notes

It occurred to me to try for speed zombies again, but zombies that could actually, you know, fight. There are a lot of things I could have added here in support, but I felt that the better choice was to go for speed and value. This is only my third mono-black zombie deck. Sludge (2-5) was a 2-star disappointment, and I have not played the 3--star TWD S2. While this is barely more expensive at 2.03 on a 16/12/8/3/1 curve it seeks to produce more sustained results with Cellar Door, Coat of Arms, and Howling Mine, where the earlier deck used Demonic Tutor to improve its chances of getting certain cards to turn the tide. This is a deck I could see getting played, unlike its more recent predecessor, though the name harkens back to the same source.
