Notes

Madness was an interesting concept, but I never had the cards to pull it off. There were too few ways to make myself discard cards and take advantage of madness costs. The average 2.87 cost is deceptive because of alternate costs, and the (1)/8/9/14/7/6/1 curve is only useful if I am discarding. The 68-card size was also a bad idea.
